Cognitive Impairment Long Term Care
Much of our practice involves helping the parents of children who were born with mental health problems such as mental retardation, or who have suffered brain injuries resulting in cognitive impairment. We can help you find a care facility if necessary, so you can rest assured that your special needs child will receive the appropriate care.
In addition, if your parent or spouse is suffering psychiatric issues such as dementia resulting from a stroke, Alzheimer’s Disease, Akorsikov’s Disease, or a host of others, we can help you find and arrange for them to stay in a facility that will ensure they are properly cared for. We can also work quickly to arrange a place for them in assisted living if you’ve recently encountered a crisis situation.
Home and office appointments are available. For more information, contact Robert M. Slutsky Associates today.
